BCS machine provides solution for converting laminated and unlaminated tubular fabric into bags. BCS machines for bags up to width of 40’’ and length of 55’’ are available.
Twist Gusset Machine
This machine is used for making side gusset and shift gusset for woven bags. Gusset can be attached to cutting machine for gusseting and cutting the fabric in to required size.
Full Auto Woven Sack Cutting Machine
This machine is used for cutting the woven fabric in to required size for making bags. We offer machines with cold cut and heat cut option for both laminated and unlaminated bags.
Jumbo Bag Making Machine
This machine is used for cutting Jumbo (FIBC) bags fabrics. Spout cutting attachment is also given to make “O” and “X” mark.

Here we attach Gusset or twist gusset (as per requirement) to BCS machine. This machine can be used for conversion (cutting, gusseting and stitching of the bags) of tubular woven fabric to bags.
Pedestal Column with Wooden / Belt/Slate Conveyer
This machine is used for packing the bags after material is filled. We offer the machine with wooden or belt or slate conveyor as per the requirement.
